Meaning that i can be Efficent in my cases and learn more things daily. Im very kind to others. Such as rapid base raiding or any other rapid things. I learn from mistakes and dont repeat bad actions Ex: fail base, random kill, batton rushing, even raiding wrong. The server may need some more staff memebers and im willing to be one if possible. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------                                        Better staff I would pick me over others because of the fact that i wont be abusive of power. people can agree that some staff memebers, not all of them just those bad eggs might go abusive and kill others for fun ban,kick,gag for fun. you can also agree that some people mess up not on purpose but over and over and over again making it a endless lope of mess ups. I would be the better man and help others, be kind and knowing of all peoples sides good or bad. I do say though to trust all applications just watch over them see how they do give everyone a chance no ones better then the others as long as they do the same as other staff they are fine they are putting good effort. This is why I am the better staff over the other applications. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------                                         Online more                                                                                   I am Online after staff log off aka around the time those Mass RDM'ers are online which i can easily take care of with high authority. Also most staff seem to be either online or afk then log off yet i stay on and experience difficulties with getting staff to go onto the server to assist me and most people on the server. Im online for more then 12 hours a day (with small naps inbetween) so i could easily help.  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------                                         Flooding reports                                                                                  Sometimes im online and the staff are flooding with reports every single second which troubles them and takes around 10 minutes(when a bunch of people are online) just to get to my sit Which allows propblockers/climbers to stop what there doing and act like they did something correct which makes them do the same thing over and over again.The staff team is verry forgiving and i think i could be a addition to this by doing sits easily and perfectly. you are also a very populated community which its required for you to have a good staff team that can take care of things properly and hastfully. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------                                        Fine In the end if you chose not to pick me i would be fine playing in the great community.
